Web Pros Dallas strives to deliver high-quality web design and digital marketing services. This refund policy outlines our terms for service cancellations and refunds.
Website Design Services
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any website design project
- Remaining balance is due upon project completion
- After project completion and final payment, no refunds will be issued
- If you cancel mid-project, payment will be prorated based on work completed
Digital Marketing Services
- Monthly services are billed in advance
- No refunds for partially used months
- 30-day written notice required for service cancellation
- Unused prepaid services beyond the cancellation date will be refunded
Website Maintenance Plans
- Monthly/annual maintenance plans are non-refundable for the current billing period
- Service cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No partial refunds for unused portions of prepaid plans
Consulting Services
- Consulting fees are non-refundable once services are rendered
- 48-hour notice required for appointment cancellation
- Missed appointments are non-refundable
Exceptions
We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances:
- Service not delivered as specified in the contract
- Technical issues preventing service delivery
- Other circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
- Processing fees are non-refundable
