As a digital service provider, Web Pros Dallas does not offer traditional returns. However, we have specific policies for different service categories:
Website Design
- Design revisions available during development phase
- Post-launch adjustments within 30 days
- Major changes after 30 days billed at standard rate
Digital Assets
- Logo revisions: 3 rounds included
- Marketing materials: 2 rounds of revisions
- Additional revisions at standard hourly rate
Digital Marketing Services
- Monthly services evaluated at 90-day intervals
- Strategy adjustments based on performance metrics
- Service termination requires 30-day notice
Return Process
For Design Services
- Submit revision request via client portal
- Detail specific changes needed
- Receive timeline within 48 hours
- Review and approve changes
- Additional revisions may incur fees
For Marketing Services
- Schedule performance review
- Document concerns/issues
- Receive adjustment proposal
- Approve strategy changes
- Implementation within 5 business days
